Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Mary on a property I owned. She was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and helped me from the beginning to the closing. She sold the property in a timely manner. She made herself available to answer any questions I had. I would not only highly recommend using her but would encourage it.

If you're looking for that realtor that cares about your real estate purchase as if it was her own. Then Mary Bychick from BHHS Fox and ROACH-Margate is the realtor you should work with. I have bought some homes over the years & have had some realtors that don't seem to really want to connect with you to make sure they sell you a HOME. That word "HOME" means a lot. It's your safe place for you & your family. I walked into Mary's office without knowing anyone or having a referral. Mary greeted me & 2-months later she & I together found my place that I call HOME. This market is crazy now, working with Mary made it so easy. She even went on a trip for a week with her family & the entire time she was making sure everything was on schedule with the home inspection, settlement & the mortgage guy. The inspection required some work not too much & when I said I was satisfied she said she wasn't & had to make sure it really was done correct, or we were not going to the table till it was. Now that there tells you she cares about the client be happy with everything delaying her commission if necessary. If Mary says she will handle it don't worry, she will, & you don't have to worry. After the settlement she called & visited to check on my HOME, still does. Mary is my friends, my clients, my family, my co-workers & my realtor for life now. If I move out of state, she will have to move with me & get her real estate license in that state. I'm spoiled now. Mary's office is in a higher income area with homes ranging from $500,000 to millions. I can't afford that. She found me a great home in my budget. Mary can sell you a home in her town or towns around. I highly recommend Mary. It's hard to find the type of service she provided. I was working a lot of hours with each day different hours, Mary made sure she was available when I was. I'm blessed I found her. Now she is helping me with a commercial location.
