Mary Carreno

Mary is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania and an avid Buffalo Bills fan. Mary earned her Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Family Relations at Indiana University of PA and earned her Master's Degree in Special Education at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. She has been living in the Triangle area since 1995 and more specifically in Apex since 2000. She is currently wrapping up a more than 2 decade long career teaching special education in the Wake County Public School System. She is eager to develop her "retirement career" at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. Email is carrenom@hpw.com.

During her leisure time, Mary enjoys swimming, playing with her dog and cats, and reading. She has season tickets to the Carolina Hurricanes and to DPAC for their Broadway South series. Mary has volunteered with Special Olympics and Meals on Wheels and enjoys helping in the community-she is the faculty advisor for the Key Club and the Interact Club at Cary High School (Go Imps!!).
