Raised in Colorado and calling Dunedin her home for over 25 years, Mary Carroll believes that she gets to claim 2 of the most beautiful states in the union as home. With a degree in Computer Management with core emphasis in logic and education, Mary also pursued a doctorate in Psychology. With a constant thirst to learn, she decided to pursue a license to sell real estate in 1993 and soon after that, she attained her broker’s license. She says she “stumbled into the career that she was born to do”. One of the area’s very first buyer’s agents, Mary quickly became recognized on a national level for her production and customer satisfaction in buyer controlled sales. With over 100 million dollars in sales and 100’s of families served, Mary’s background in psychology, coaching and the logic of computer science along with her superior knowledge of local markets make her a leader in the industry. During the course of her 22 year career, she has won nationwide awards as a top producer, been an advisor for local developers planning new communities in the area, chosen as the sole relocation agent for several area businesses, was a guest on the BBC’s ‘A Place in the Sun’ which in turn sparked a love of international buyers and sellers. As a trained life coach and practicing business coach her questioning, listening, problem solving and goal setting skills help her clients achieve an unparalleled real estate experience. Mary and her husband live in Dunedin. They own several investment properties in the area, love the Pinellas County trail, the beaches, area activities and dining; most specifically their sons’ restaurants in downtown Dunedin; the Black Pearl and The Living Room.
