Originally from the Canajoharie/Fort Plain area, Mary Collins recently moved back to the area after spending ten years living and working in Ulster County. Mary’s ultimate goal is to own a farm property here, drawn by familial ties as well as the serene countryside and community spirit that define this area.

Previously, Mary worked with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Woodstock, where she developed a strong connection to the Catskills and gained valuable insights into the local real estate market.

Mary’s career has been diverse–spanning film and theater production, hospitality and Airbnb management, as well as forestry and landscape design and maintenance. She is not only a dedicated realtor, but also a passionate gardener and artist, with a deep appreciation for nature and the arts.
