Mary Cope

Mary Cope's career in real estate developed through her interest in and passion for home building and construction. For over 25 years she worked in the residential construction industry as a project manager for Benum Custom Homes and held her general contractor's license in the state of Washington. During Mary's tenure, she developed skills and knowledge that take a lifetime to achieve. Understanding suitable building sites on vacant land to luxury custom homes has given Mary and her clients the advantages they need to be successful in their real estate endeavors.
Mary chose to enter the real estate business to offer these services and skills so that she could continue to share the enjoyment and fulfillment she once did as a custom home builder. Mary prides herself on working hard with each of her clients and serving them in what their needs are. It is a very rewarding experience and a privilege to have had so many positive experiences.
