Mary Cotter

Mary began her career in real estate in 1978 and opened her own brokerage in Cameron, MO in 1979. In 1992, she joined Coldwell Banker. It has been her passion to assist clients in finding their dream home for three decades. During those years Mary has seen and contributed to a tremendous amount of change and growth in real estate. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer since her second year in real estate. For the past 6 years, she has produced between 10 and 13 million per year. Mary exceptional knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm brings new and returning clients, whether they are selling, buying, renting, or leasing.

Mary enjoys being a part of her community. She has served on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce for 25 years, is a member of Wyatt Park Baptist Church, received the Paul Harris Rotary Award, and served on the Heartland Board for 9 years. Her goal is to touch lives and to make a difference.
