I was an out of state seller with a property in Kentucky. Before putting the property for sale I interviewed several brokers. Mary's preparation before our meeting was exceptional, She came prepared with comparables for the area and was knowlegable of the pros and cons my particular property posed. The property was unique, in a difficult location and had been empty for a while. She appropriately priced the property, had advantageous photos taken adding virtual staging and arranged for a vendor to inexpensively prepare the home for upcoming open houses. Through several starts and stops along the way, Mary persevered always providing good insight. She was extremely responsive anytime I contacted her and achieved an outcome I was exceedingly pleased with. I have now hired her to find a new home for us in Kentucky. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

We were looking for a house in Kentucky while we were living in Pennsylvania. I had several conversations with Mary and she was very understanding, and updated us on the new house markets in several area that we were looking at. She was patient as we went back and forth several times, and when we finally made it down to see the houses, she worked with us for the long weekend, giving us many houses to look at. As a first time home buyer this process seemed very daunting and it was tough on our own. We went through a couple different realtors that didn't explain much to us about the home buying process and we had other homes snipped out from under us after placing a bid. Mary Dotson listen to us and understood our urgency in finding a home that suited our needs.
