MARY DUNNE

Mary Dunne is an award-winning, full-time Realtor who has been making her clients' dreams a reality since 2003. A longtime resident of both Pensacola Beach and Gulf Breeze, Mary sells residential properties in the entire Pensacola area including Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarre and Pace. Specializing in military relocation, first time buyers, beach properties, investment properties, and move up buyers, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Mary truly understands the dynamics of the residential real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decision for their needs.

Mary uses the latest Internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Mary graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in chemistry and became a Naval Aviator and a Navy instructor pilot. Mary's time in the Navy has provided her with a solid work ethic and an attention to detail on which her real estate career has been built. While Mary's personal awards are too extensive to list individually, she has been among the Pensacola area Top Producers for many years running.

Mary is a member in good standing of the Pensacola Association of Realtors (PAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the Pensacola Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She is a designated Military Relocation Specialist. Mary helps the community by volunteering in her local church and with local charities.

Having been through numerous military relocations within the US and overseas including California, Guam, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia and Florida, Mary understands the circumstances that surround military relocations and the unique housing needs of our service personnel. In her spare time Mary enjoys swimming, surfing, spending time at beach and reading.
