Mary Eldridge

Mary Eldridge is a licensed REALTOR® with EXIT By the Bay Realty in Prince Frederick, MD. She is member of the Southern Maryland Board of REALTORS®, as well as both the Maryland Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Mary has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation and received the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiations Expert among others.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and effectively uses those skills to her clients' benefit in Real Estate transactions. She loves working with people and truly enjoys the Real Estate Industry.

While Mary loves being a Realtor®, her favorite title/job is being a Mother, and Grandmother or "MeeMoo" as her grandbabies call her.

Mary focuses her business in Calvert County and surrounding areas, such as Dunkirk, Chesapeake Beach and North Beach, Owings, Huntingtown, Prince Frederick, Saint Leonard and Hughesville in Charles County.
