Good afternoon Mary, My apologies for taking so long to write this thank you. You are the best agent we have ever known. You have the patience of Job and the persistance of a pit bull. Anyone else would have dropped us after a few months. Because Judy and I are so different with different tastes, you had to have shown us more than 120 houses over 13 months. We don't know how many miles you put on your vehicle crisscrossing 4 counties. We sure are grateful you stuck with us until we found the right house. By the way I only have one of your business cards left, the one stuck in our folder. You also have great contacts and know who to call to get work done, appraisals and inspections made, etc. Jamie Savage and his crews have finished painting the entire house including the ceilings and trim. They did an outstanding job quickly and at a great price. You would not believe what a difference it has made in the house. I now have a bunch of his business cards and will recomend him to everyone I see. We have one estimate on refinishing the floors and are expecting another 2 tomorrow. Once we get the floors finished, we will start moving furniture. You will have to stop by when you are in the neighborhood to see the house; just like they do on the house hunting show. If they had made a show out of us, it would have been a year-long epic film instead of a 30 minute show. :) Thanks again for being so great with us. This past spring and into early summer, we had the pleasure of working with Mary when we decided to sell our home. Mary was very knowledgeable and responsive from the outset. She communicated with us regularly while we searched for a new home, and responded very timely when it came to setting appointments to see new homes. We never felt rushed while with her at homes we were looking at, and she was patient with us even as we had to deal with our young children at times! We ended up purchasing a short sale home and Mary was great throughout the entire process, answering our questions and setting our mind at ease when issues arose. When it came to selling our home, they did a great job marketing it and being available to set appointments for showings. We received a contract very quickly on our home and Mary did a fantastic job communicating to us about getting everything we needed to do accomplished in time for closing.
