Mary Pat Fitzgerald has been a TOP PRODUCER in the local Baltimore real estate market for over 16 years. After working in marketing for Loyola University (where she acquired a BBA & MBA) for several years, Mary Pat saw the increasing momentum of the Real Estate market and started her career. Mary Pat recently achieved the #1 TOP SALES PRODUCER at her former office for consecutive years 2014 & 2015 after over a decade in the Top 5 rankings from 2003-2013. She also has held the #1 market share for listings for the Rodgers Forge neighborhood from 2011- present. Mary Pat has recently joined Cummings & Co. Realtors and she is looking forward to expanding her projected market share and future sales.

Mary Pat is married to Tim Fitzgerald and has two children, John & Molly. Mary Pat coached Girls CYO basketball and served as a CYO Basketball Commissioner from 2008-2014. Mary Pat is active on committees at NDP, the Gaywood Board Association & previously Gilman School. She currently volunteers for Our Daily Bread & St. Pius parish fundraisers.
