With the Boston market as hot as it is, maybe any competent broker can successfully list a host and gather offers. And Mary was certainly superlative in that regard. But what set Mary apart, and earned our deepest appreciation, was the experience, skill, and calm professionalism she demonstrated in translating an offer into a completed sale. She anticipated almost every hurdle that could possibly arise and had a plan in place to surmount those that did. Most impressive, however, was how she helped us overcome unexpected obstacles, like a broken basement water pipe in the week before closing, brought on by one of the coldest winters in memory. For Mary, the job only began when we accepted an offer and it wasn't complete until the property officially changed hands. More than a real estate agent, Mary became a trusted professional counselor that we relied on for judgment and guidance, and we couldn't recommend her more highly.
