Mary Frances Coleman serves as chief operating officer at eXp Realty, where she is responsible for overseeing business operations and promoting growth, productivity, efficiency, and compliance. She also works closely with eXp Realty’s Board of Directors and Realty Agent Advisory Council. By building a foundation for operational excellence, Coleman has helped the company achieve 200 percent growth. Now that boundaries between departments that were creating roadblocks have been eliminated, eXp is able to operate efficiently as one united company in a virtual environment, and the company is poised for sustainable growth.
