CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Mary's real estate career began in Boca Raton in 1985 where she was Broker of her own company, MKG Properties, Inc. In 1993, Mary accepted the position of Managing Broker for Prudential Florida Realty which became Coldwell Banker. During the ensuing 9 years of her leadership, she grew this office to 95 associates generating annual sales of $380,000,000. After two years with a competitor, Mary was poised to again lead the sales force at Prudential Florida Realty which later became Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty. Mary has effectively lead her office to the #1 position in the company in sales volume with capture rates of in-house mortgage and title among the best in the industry. Now coming full circle, Mary has returned to her own brokerage, MKG Properties Inc.

LEADERSHIP - LOCAL, STATE AND NATION
Mary served as President of the Boca Raton Association of Realtors in 1992-93 and as Director from 1989-94. She served as Treasurer from 1997-98 and on the Board of Directors of the new Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches in 1997-98. Mary was honored with the Realtor of the Year 1993-94 and the Presidential Award in 1993-94. In 1995-96 Mary served as President of the Palm Beach Council of Realtors. She currently serves on the Grievance and Arbitration panels.

She served on the Florida Assn of Realtors Board of Directors from 1989-01 and as District Vice President from 1996-97. Additional responsibilities included Legislative Committee 1993-00, Strategic Planning Committee 1997-01, Chairman Political Fundraising 1999-00 and Vice Chair of Political Affairs 1995-96. She has been a member of the Florida Association of Realtors Honor Society from 1990-04.

Mary also served as a Director of the National Association of Realtors 1997-99 and in 2001 as Moderator of their Large Association Forum. Other committee work includes Housing Needs 1994-01, and Risk Management 1997-00.
