Mary did an excellent Job. Using Mary and Coldwell Banker made it to easy to find the top buyer. The process from beginning to end was so quick and easy. her team did turn-key service. Mary got to work right away and was very confident in the listing process. she gave great recommendations and explained why and how. My home went under contract just 9 days and sold quickly!

Mary Heinrichs did a great job selling my home, and then when it came to finding a unit in the development I wanted to live in, there was nothing available. This is when Mary really went to work on my behalf, sending notes to unit owners, following up on leads, to find me the home of my dreams. Mary cared as much as I did, and that's the part that I think sets her above most other real estate agents.

Mary was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding and buying our first house! I had about a million questions about everything from paperwork to resale value to home inspection issues, Mary answered all my questions thoughtfully and honestly. I felt very lucky to be working with an agent who I was able to trust completely and who I knew had our best interests at heart. Overall she helped make finding our first house a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the result!
