Mary was always available and easy to reach! Could not have asked for a better person to help us find a home. Has great knowledge of home updates and repairs and knows the area so well! Would recommend for first time buyers and to experienced buyers! Wonderful for it all.

If you’re looking for a realtor to buy or sell, I HIGHLY recommend Mary. I was lucky to meet Mary during an open house for a property that I ended up falling in love with and dead set on making my new home. Mary worked fervently and came up with so many creative ideas to make my offer stand out. The home has MULTIPLE offers over asking price after just one day on the market. I wouldn’t be able to call it my home if it weren’t for Mary.

While working to help me settle into the new house, she helped me list and sell my condo also after just one day on the market, also over asking price. Two stressful transactions and she made it feel like the easiest thing in the world.

She is always so thorough, sets proper expectations and keeps you updated along the way, and maintains your best interests in mind while always keeping a positive attitude. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaning on her throughout the entire process.
