MJ, Sarah and the entire team at RE/MAX did an absolutely phenomenal job in assisting my husband and I through the buying and selling process recently. After selling our Florida home in February, we decided that we needed to find a home here in Connecticut that would better suit both of our needs at this stage in life. Sarah worked closely with us, tirelessly showing multiple homes in both Berlin and Southington, until we were fortunate enough to find the ideal house and complete a successful purchase. At the same time, I was helping my elderly mother transition into an assisted living facility; this required cleaning out and selling her home as well. MJ recommended another realtor in the Stratford area, that helped us successfully sell her home, and were just as wonderful to work with. It was a stressful time! MJ provided ongoing support and encouragement as we were moving into the new home, and preparing our former home for the market. The sale of that home progressed smoothly and quickly. We are now getting settled in the new place, and could not be more grateful for the time, concern, and expertise of MJ and her team, particularly Sarah, who played such a big part in all of this. Having lived in Berlin for many years now, I would highly recommend MJ and her team for any real estate needs. MJ, Becky and team orchestrated a sale of our property even with some very complex situations. They handled every detail with professionalism. Their communications with us was flawless. Oh, and did I mention that the transaction took place while we were 1500 miles away? They assembled everybody needed to complete the transaction. They found us a gem of a handyman, Chet Formica, to fix up the house. We needed an attorney, no problem. A cleaning person, no problem.
