MJ has been our real estate agent since 2001. She sold our home in Washoe Valley in 2001 and helped us find the right home to buy. In 2013 we had an emergency situation where we needed to rent a home on a short term basis when our home flooded. MJ reached out to other agents and we were able to rent a house until our home was repaired. In Feb 2015, we listed another home which sold within ten days. We would recommend MJ to anyone who wants the best there is.

It has been a year since my former property on Molly Drive in Carson City has been sold through the tireless efforts of Realtor Mary Jo Brummer, and I am regretful for the time it has taken me to render this note of appreciation. Though I may cite the busy and hectic nature of our busy lives, I'm sure it would pale in comparison to that of Remax's tireless employees! Although a year has passed, my deep appreciation for Ms. Brummer's relentless efforts toward successful sale of the property has not diminished in the least. Based on my experience, it is clear that Mary Jo is a consummate professional. She consistently kept me informed of the slightest publicity events, suggestions, or modifications which might enhance the prospects of sale for my property. Her depth of knowledge of all aspects of realty performance was obvious through many effective sales techniques she utilized. Mary Jo was GREAT!!! She helped me through the process every step of the way. I had moved out of state when my house went on the market though I felt comfortable leaving it in her capable hands. She kept me informed as things moved along and responded to my questions and concerns immediately. I'd text her and she got back to me within 5 minutes most of the time even sooner. I moved away from Carson City fifty years ago so when it came time to sell the family home there I had no knowledge of realtors in the area. Fortunately, Mary Jo Brummer was highly recommended to me by an old high school friend who is a business owner in Carson City. I was immediately impressed by MJ's response to my call for help. I had one day to get together with her to review comps and list the house. She came to our meeting well prepared and we were able to work together to list the house before I left for my home in Idaho. To my surprise, two days later we had three full-price offers! Because my brother and I don't live in the same area and were also collaborating on the house sale MJ as faced with the task of communicating with both of us to work out the details of the sale. Mary Jo has extensive knowledge of real estate in the area and the steps needed to reach closing. She was able to describe the various neighborhoods and let us focus our search to likely areas of interest. When there were issues she was usually aware and know what actions to take to resolve them. She will always call back right away when needed and address any issues you may have. I would go back to her if I need an agent.
