In the time she has been a licensed agent, Mary Jo has utilized her connections, professional resources, and skillsets to bring success to her customers.
Before becoming an agent, Mary Jo worked at MSC Mortgage for nearly four years after moving to Rotonda West from New York, where she was a loan originator with CNB Mortgage for 22 years. The same values Mary Jo applied in her previous career have carried over into her real estate business; promising honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic coupled with genuinely caring about her customers. She gives her all, listens intently, communicates transparently through the process, and follows through with her word. Always eager to better herself personally and professionally, Mary Jo believes in setting goals and working hard to accomplish them.
She and her husband David moved to the area five years ago upon falling in love with the old-world charm of Englewood and have become ‘regulars’ at the locally owned restaurants and shops. A passion for boating and fishing, Mary Jo knows her way along the coast which is proving an additional asset to her customers.
When she isn’t spending her time helping customers and cruising the waterways, Mary Jo enjoys volunteering with Meals on Wheels; belongs to several organizations including Englewood Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®; and enjoys reading, making jewelry and learning new crafts. She and her husband have four grown children and six grandchildren.
