I view my work as a way to build stronger communities by helping clients bring into focus and achieve their real estate goals.
I’m not here merely to do “deals.” Rather, my job is to take what can be a complex and challenging process and make it as simple, understandable and economical for my clients as it possibly can be. I’ve been working with buyers and sellers on the North and Northwest sides of Chicago and in adjacent suburbs since 2000, dealing with the full range of residential properties, from luxury homes to studio condos, and I’ve also had experience doing tenant and landlord representation.
My first goal is to build a strong working relationship with the folks I represent, whether they are buying or selling a home, dealing with investment property or finding a new business location. Whatever the situation, I pride myself on offering outstanding service and clear-eyed advice. In addition to two decades of real estate experience, I hold a marketing degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and have an extensive background in retail merchandising and store management with Marshall Field’s, which comes in especially handy helping sellers stage their properties for maximum market appeal. As a 35-year resident of Chicago’s North Side, the last 20 in the St. Ben’s area, I know and love this community and keep working to make it even better. I’m a former board member of the Common Pantry and a current member and former chair of the North Center Neighbors Association Zoning Committee. Please reach out to me if I can be of service.
