10 out of 10! Mary Kate is very knowledgeable about Nashville and the real estate market. She is honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process. She was exceptional at understanding our individual likes and dislikes, and at guiding us towards homes that fit us best. I am very impressed by how diligent, dedicated, and organized she is, especially through the complexity of negotiations. I feel that she worked very hard for my interests, and it is clear she loves what she does. Working with Mary Kate made homebuying a fun and positive experience.

Mary Kate was the best realtor I could have hoped for. She went above and beyond from the first phone call. As I started to look for a new home, she was quick to pass on homes I might have an interest in and quickly show them to me in this fast-moving market. She anticipated needs and met them all with expert advice. Mary Kate was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and immensely helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I just bought our first home, and Mary Kate was SO helpful and willing to explain every part of the process to make sure we understood what was happening at all times. We also loved her "down to earth" style and ability to be realistic with us when helping us make decisions. She was always quick to respond and worked really hard to get the best deal for us during closing negotiations. We will definitely use her again!

Mary Kate was amazing to work with! She helped us find our perfect level up home as well as sold our previous house. She helped us land a deal for more than our asking price and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of both the buying and selling of our homes. She is very timely, responsive and helpful with all communications, questions and documentation and showed a vast knowledge of the market and realty laws. She gives her honest opinions, is trustworthy, wants what is best for her clients and really listened to our needs and boxes we wanted to check. She gets to know you so she can find THE house that best fits you. Besides being very up beat, friendly, and just down right fun to work with, she is very professional and organized. She managed our appointments for buying and selling our houses as well as hosted a fantastic and beautiful open house showing for the sell of our house and was able to time both the sell and buy with the move to fit our busy schedules. She even helped us rearrange our house and pack our clutter to get ready for pictures and the showing! You can’t find many agents willing to go that above and beyond. She really set the bar high! I would definitely recommend her. You won’t be disappointed. My husband and I plan on working with her again on future real estate ventures. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

We have found our forever Nashville Realtor, for as long as she'll have us! Mary Kate helped us find a home here in Nashville, while we were in California. We met her as she was putting up a For Sale sign when we were aimlessly looking at homes off our Redfin and Zillow Favorites lists and since we were out of towners, she offered to show us open houses the very next day. After spending a full day with us, she got a pretty thorough read and understanding on what we wanted and needed in a home. She did not miss a beat searching for the right home for us. She said from day one she could find us the perfect home for us within our budget and even in this market, and she did just that! Mary Kate stayed by us and always put our needs and concerns first rather than her own commission, helped us negotiate a great price, and stay true to our values. She provided helpful practical reminders about transferring utilities, and other details which are easy to forget about as crazy-busy full time professionals moving across the country. We never felt pressured as she had multiple recommendations of companies to use when we requested it. We were impressed every step of the way and plan to do much more business with Mary Kate as well as recommend others to her as well.

This is the one. Mary Kate was the whole package. She knew the difference between the neighborhoods, what was trending, what had just been built up, and seemed to have the Nashville development map memorized. She was responsive and never forwarded me to one of her associates for questions or for home showings.

She absolutely earned her worth when it came time to negotiate. She saved me thousands in negotiations. Mary Kate also provided really good insight into what to spend money on to show the house.

I will be using Mary Kate Jordan for my personal and investment real estate deals in the future.

When we began searching online for a condo for my mom, Mary Kate was the first to respond to us, within minutes! From our initial search to final closing, she provided excellent service with her vast knowledge of the Nashville market and professionalism. Mary Kate was always extremely responsive and gave sound advice when needed, which was extremely helpful since we were buying from out of state.
