We start searching our home around late 2012; Mary is one of the real estate agents that replied first. We met with her the first time, she is always very passionate and knowledgeable and that is why we select her to be our agent. You will know the first impression when you want to put your future home to someone really is there to help you to make the right decision along the way. Of course, we all heard of looking for a perfect home is not easy and Mary makes it easier and she always did her research for each property. She did excellent job while showing us around and also she helps not only searching for home but also can reach out her business network for other financial services as well as finding the right lender. Thanks to her we find our perfect home in early 2013. I think we like most of Mary is how she enjoys her job and never tired of it. That is what her business ethic and character that we could trust with. We already recommended Mary to our friends and business associates and we know she did a great job for them too. Certainly we enjoy our time with Mary and she also becomes one of our family friends as well. Give her a try and you will be glad that you did!

Mary knew that timing was everything for us and she was hard at work on our move from AZ to NC before we even got here. The day we arrived, Mary pulled up to start showing us houses before we had even unpacked a bag. She even had local contacts in the mortgage lending industry that were able to get me a better loan than I had already been pre-approved for through a larger lender. Mary coordinated the home, well and septic inspections so that I never had to call anyone other than her. I know this is going to sound crazy, but on move in day she showed up and even started helping us unpack and move couches. Mary = southern hospitality:)

To be honest, I don't know if this page would allow me enough characters to really say how amazing of a job that Mary has done for us! First and foremost, she is an amazing person, which made it only natural for her to be an amazing realtor. After a long and arduous process of searching for a home , she was HIGHLY recommended to us through a mutual friend. Mary was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and friendly. She treated us not just like clients, but like family. All of our questions were answered, information, and feedback were returned to us in a prompt manner as well. Any questions we had, they were answered. Given the time frame that we had, she pulled of a miracle that only Mary Kelly and her awesome staff could pull off. Amanda was just as nice and courteous too. Mary did not let us make decisions that we were not necessarily comfortable with. She even referred me to other vendors for many of my home needs. Coming to the Raleigh area from out of state, the home finding search seemed daunting. With Mary’s knowledge and suggestions of areas to look (and we looked at a lot of houses) she helped us find our wonderful home in Holly Springs, a town of which we knew nothing in the beginning. The process was handled smoothly and efficiently by Mary and her assistant, Amanda; they are professionals in the best sense of the word. We remain interested in NC as evidenced by our vacation residence in Asheville, but had hoped to land in the Triangle area more permanently. However, with Blake and his wife moving to Houston, we need to put that notion well on the back burner.
