As a 30 plus years resident Mary Lee’s favorite thing about living in the Tampa Bay area in general is the diversity of people, neighborhoods, and the wonderful weather! When buying a home, she advises, “first choose the area and the lifestyle that makes you feel good. A home in an area not conducive with your lifestyle, no matter how beautiful the home is, may cause you to pause later on”.
