Mary is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure to work with. Not only does she have connections to the best homes in highly desirable areas, but she is super responsive and reliable. She works with a sense of urgency to get you into an amazing home that fits all of your needs. The effort she puts into every sale is top tier, and she always makes sure we know everything we need to know about the process of selling/buying. Working with Mary was the best decision we made in our house search process. She is very experienced and goes above and beyond to find you the RIGHT house for you and your family. I valued her advice very much and am glad she talked us out of a couple houses we thought we wanted. As 1st time home buyers our experience could have been horrific if it wasn't for her guidance. She's smart, savvy and excellent at her job (career). Highly highly recommend her as your house buying/selling agent.

Mary was the best realtor that we could have possibly worked with! Just when our hopes were down from our offers getting rejected left and right, Mary suggested we do a new build!! Five stars are not enough! Mary never failed to answer a call, a question, or request.

Living out of state made it impossible to be on our property when contractors needed to be let into the house. Mary was there. She even set out the trash when necessary!

Mary’s advice about and preparation for listing the house was excellent. We were informed every at step in this process.

Mary worked with our elderly parents with compassion and humor and kindness. She even arranged for part of the closing procedures to be complemented at our parent’s assisted living facility.

In all cases and situations, Mary went above and beyond what was necessary to help us sell our parent’s home.

You could not hope for or choose a more willing, capable, friendly, competent, and professional realtor in Mary Leon.

Mary Leon is BY FAR the best realtor we have ever dealt with. We have moved 4 times, so trust me, we know the difference between experience and a lack of.
Mary was on time, knowledgeable, fun (the most contagious laugh), professional, personable & reassuring. She took our family (including our 3 year old son) through so many homes! If we saw something we liked- she was ON IT. She always worked around our schedule. To this day, we don’t know how she does it because we surely were not her only clients. She is just THAT DARN GOOD.
So here is some advice: CALL MARY. Don’t make the foolish mistake of looking elsewhere. She knows what she’s doing.
For the record, we are not related in any way, we were not friends prior (now we are).. and no, she did not ask me to write a review. I’m doing it because we have had our fair share of experience with the lazy realtors & I feel that it is my duty to not only compliment one for being exceptional but to also inform fellow house hunters of one that is really good. Losing that dream home because of a lack of negotiating skills, experience & social skills really hurts.. again, we know this first hand up until Mary.
Mary, you are truly gifted. Your hustle is through the roof along with your patience. We will forever love you.
