Mary Louise Wadsworth’s family home is Farmington, CT. Her late father was a retired Naval Captain so she has lived in many east coast cities and towns in the U.S and in Beaulieu and Dreux France. Mary Lou attended college, enrolling in a business curriculum only to discover her passion and talent for interior design. She graduated from The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in 1998 with a Residential Design Degree. While developing her design skills Mary Lou was attracted to Florida real estate. She earned a license to practice Real Estate in 2003 immediately followed by her certification as a “Home Stager” in 2005. As the real estate market expanded so did Mary Lou’s desire to remain active representing the industry and the customers she attracted.
In 2009 Mary Lou studied and added the Licensed Community Manager (LCAM) to her skill set. Mary Lou obtained a CT Real Estate License in 2021. Mary Lou is trained in several aspects of business including sales, marketing and management. Her success is complimented with several years of business experience in Interior Design, Fine Jewelry, Fashions, Finished Plants, Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She is employed as a para-professional for Special Education in Canton, Ct.
She has a son and three grandchildren. Mary Lou enjoys playing bridge, reading, movie watching, cooking, baking, gardening, yoga and the beach. She is a volunteer with Rotary projects and Farmington Land Trust projects.
