My husband and I loved working with Mary Lukens! She listened to and followed our priorities, gave us excellent advice through the whole process. We moved just before the house went on the market and Mary handled everything - getting additional repairs, forwarding mail, keeping us informed every step of the way. She mailed us a wooden sign she found in the attic. Turned out my husband’s grandfather asked a friend to paint the family name on it. It now sits in our window. Mary consistently did everything to make our move easier.

I found Mary on redfin while I was house searching for the past two years and I had no idea just how amazing she really was I was expecting Just a regular realtor that will just show me any house and tell me anything just to make a sale but I was in for a pleasant surprise!! Mary took her time with me I really had no idea about the mid Hudson region and upstate area until Mary took the time out to educate and show me the different wonderful neighborhoods and communities, she also was very real and upfront with me about everything which is very rare in my experience with the real estate business Mary was very through and informative she worked non stop around the clock to make sure I was in a house I loved but also I was getting the best possible deal. It was such a pleasure to work with Mary she made Purchasing my first home a breeze she went above and beyond in my opinion on what a realtor's job is and till this day she is reachable and very helpful Mary knows her stuff and anyone who works with her will not be disappointed she is and will always be my forever realtor.
