Because I am very comfortable in working with buyers and sellers from all walks of life I pride myself in having the knowledge necessary to satisfy their real estate needs. Geographically, I work in all areas of Sarasota and Manatee counties including Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria, and Sarasota. I continually strive to satisfy the needs of my clients focusing on a smooth and seamless transition into their "new home" in our beautiful part of the country. I am an excellent listener and work very hard to partner with my people in all phases of the buying or selling process. My professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Sarasota Association of Realtors, and selected as "2011 Member of the Year" by the Women's Council Realtors, Sarasota Chapter. Additionally, I am a member of the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at our Keller Williams Market Center. I have spearheaded several KW Cares charitable intiatives throughout our community. I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I am proud to have received the coveted FIVE STAR Client Satisfaction award from Sarasota Magazine 13 times during my career.
