When you work with Mary, you feel like you are working with a good friend. Mary is a genuine professional who intimately understands real estate.
She is easy to work with, highly responsive and looks after the best interests of her clients. I have worked with her on both buying and selling a home and she made the process super easy both times. I would work with her again and again!

We just made settlement on our home that we lived in for the past 17-1/2 years. Mary Mazza is amazing. She is truly professional in her demeanor yet understand the emotional aspect of selling a home that you truly loved but it was too big for just the 2 of us.
To make a long story short, we weren’t really ready to put our house on the market until late spring, we were in the talking stages. However on a wim, I spoke to Mary and she said our house was beautiful and there would be no trouble selling it. I said...ok Mary you have 30 days. This was the beginning of November. I didn’t want the house up during the holidays. Mary was absolutely right. Our house had 2 offers and an agreement of sale in 3 weeks.

Could not have asked for a better realtor! Mary was always on the ball, ahead of the game & truly knew her stuff. We felt extremely blessed to have her guide us through the home buying process, being that this is our first home she took a lot of time to help us narrow in on what we were looking for in a home. We valued her knowledge, expertise & opinion, both professional & personal. In addition, we absolutely adore her as a genuine human being & to have had her as our realtor was a plus!
