Mary McCollum grew up in the Midwest and her husband was transferred to Jacksonville, Fl in 1985; they raised their two children, Matt and Melissa, in Jacksonville. They are both married, and Mary and her husband have a total of 5 grandchildren. If Mary is not helping her customers buy or sell their home, she is at the ballpark, soccer field, track, gym, or football field watching their sporting activities.
Mary studied and obtained her real estate license in 1999 and went to work for ICI Homes, a semi-custom home builder. She began selling in new communities: South Hampton (a golf community), St. Johns Forest (a guard-gated community) and later on sold new construction in Magnolia Preserve (custom built homes in Julington Creek). Mary sold homes in the price range of $400,000 to over $1,500,000.
After many years in new construction, Mary went into General Real Estate with a much more flexible schedule and allowed her to be home with family on holidays. She’s been very successful in general real estate as well and has received many "Top Producer" Awards throughout the years. Helping friends and family as well their friends is her passion.
Mary has always enjoyed the real estate business and feel very blessed to be working in an industry she loves. Mary’s customers say she’s loyal, trustworthy, a great negotiator, a good listener, and very informed on the real estate market
