Through the years I have come to realize that my favorite part of being a Realtor is finding a home that my clients love and that will love them back. Helping people downsize and work with them to reduce their anxiety, and embrace the next chapter outside their beloved home is a privilege for me. Often, adult children live out of the area and need someone with empathy and knowledge to help their parent(s) move forward. That is where I come in. To that end, I co-founded Real Estate Agents Recycle (www.reacycle.org) to meet the needs of this population and keep our landfills from being overused. Another favorite is first time buyers. It has been a joy to help young people find their "forever" homes and meet their new families as they come along. What a treat to work with such a varied population from those starting out and those starting their new adventures. Of course, my relationships with ALL my clients are wonderful. Sometimes it takes months and months to complete a transaction, sometimes only a few weeks. Either way, you can trust that I will be there every step of the way both physically and emotionally to help ease the transition and achieve the best possible outcome.
