Mary was a real pleasure to work with. We were searching for a specific type of home on Pine Island. She quickly set up the email notifications so we were able to view listings as soon as they were posted. When we found listings we wanted to see, she would promptly set up the appointments and always went out of her way to work around our work schedules. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop as far as the closing process goes once we found the home that we wanted. The entire process went very smoothly and we were actually able to close on our home a few days sooner than expected. We had worked with Mary a few years ago and decided not to buy a home in Florida at that time. We then decided that we were not going to build on the property that we had in Cape Coral. We phoned Mary and by the next day the lot had been listed. Two days later...it was sold. We couldn't ask for more than that! Mary continued to keep us updated on the progress of the closing and phoned after to make sure we had received our wire transfer. Mary is very knowledgeable of the Cape Coral area and organized our house hunting trip in an efficient manner keeping us on track to see all the homes we selected in a timely manner.
