Mary was very knowledgeable of our needs and made sure that we saw properties that would be of interest to us. She spent over a year working with us and when are financing was available she was there to show us just what properties that would suit our needs. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent on the Albuquerque area. She knows the area very well . Mary is the greatest. She has also become a family friend. I had been interested in purchasing a home in a particular town home community near my current apartment in Albuquerque for approximately two years. I had contacted two agents previously who had listed homes in the community and received no responses. I contacted a real estate agent matching service who provided an agent who seemed to lack interest in helping me purchase a home. Finally this winter I started an all-out online search of condominiums and town homes for sale in the NE Heights neighborhoods of Albuquerque and discovered Mary as the listing agent for one particular town home. Mary's professional profile really impressed me. I emailed Mary through the sales website and received an immediate response. I was very impressed with Mary's diverse professional background and by her quick response and her let's get it done attitude. Mary gave me, as a clueless first-time home buyer in my 60s, very thorough and realistic instructions for the beginning of the home buying process and the financing qualification process, and she referred me to her very kind and personable mortgage adviser, Bob Hoffman of Pinnacle Capital. Mr. Hoffman walked me through the financing pre-approval process. When I mentioned to Mary that I was interested in a particular town home community close to where I rented and that I did not wish to waste much time shopping, as I already knew what home I wanted to purchase, Mary understood and did not attempt to dissuade me. We spent an afternoon looking at some different town homes in the area for comparison purposes, and I settled on the unit I originally was interested in. Mary took the process from there. Within 24 hours she drew up the offer, and within a mere two months, I am settling into my new home--after waiting for almost two years for a response from a real estate broker! Mary is an amazing go-getter saleswoman and is very good with first-time home buyers who are uncertain and doubtful of the process of making such a significant lifetime investment. Mary is very enthusiastic about the real estate field, about growing her business, and about learning new and changing aspects of the real estate field. I highly recommend Mary for residential real estate buyers and sellers, whether experienced with the real estate market or whether this is their first real estate purchase or sale.

She waited until I was absolutely ready and then showed me a lot of homes in the price range I wanted. When I found one I liked, she helped me through the whole process, making it easy to buy my first home. 01/25/2011 - Sarah Rueda Bought a home in 2009. Mary was very helpful with the purchase of our first family home! She was honest and told us what needed to hear not just what we wanted to hear! 04/19/2014 - neomi clark Bought a home in 2013. When we set out to buy our first house we were fortunate enough to find Mary. Mary was so very helpful. I remember her taking time late at night, sometimes around 10pm, to respond to our many questions about houses. It was unbelievable how easy she made the home buying experience. Mary was there for us from the very beginning and through closing. She was always available and extremely knowledgeable, I felt like I could ask her anything and she wouldn't steer me wrong. Mary was even able to recommend a company to us for home owners insurance which ended up saving us money for the same coverage. I would recommend Mary to anyone thinking of buying a home.
