She started her real estate career over 22 years ago, then transitioned into Sales Support Administrator, then to an Agent Development Specialist and now to an Assistant Manager. As an Agent Development Specialist and an Assistant Manager, she concentrates on onboarding new to Coldwell Banker agent to acclimate them to utilize our incredible marketing and business management tools. She also trains and supports over 250 agents from 3 offices to fully optimize our high-tech systems so their transactions are seamless, enabling them to serve their clients.
Her passion is our awesome Coldwell banker agents, to help them become more efficient and knowledgeable by going group trainings and 1 on1 sessions.
