Mary Priebe

Mary Priebe is a seer of buildings and their potential.

Growing up in a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired wood and glass home set into a hillside on the North Shore of Long Island, she wanted nothing more than to live in an old house. Ski trips to Vermont included eyeing buildings through car windows that needed to be ‘fixed up.’

Fast forward to Brooklyn where she has lived for over 30 years and has finished the renovation of her second home in Fort Greene.

Mary just finished a surgical gut renovation which resulted in a home very much of the 21st century. While showing respect and reverence for the crown moldings and glorious marble mantles that embody the Brownstone Brooklyn row house, there is the comfort and technology of radiant heated floors, in wall audio system and central air.

Mary Priebe now turns her eye for real estate to the needs of buyers and sellers, joining the Brooklyn Heights Office of Brown Harris Stevens, concentrating on the landmark neighborhoods that are her stomping grounds.
