Amazing freindly very easy going person. Very helpful with knowing the area and has rental properties to standard. She is very quick to fix problems if u should have any with appliances or up keep. She expects on time payment and normal up keep as any rental person does. Richmond and Brea ky I'm sure other locations but I never felt with those . Mary is also a relitor buy sell I believe and has years expert knowledge on surrounding areas and homes and listings and even advice on what loans will help you in ur journey to find your new house. She treated my family very well and we got alone great. I was in a rock and hard spot cause cars animals 5 people adult house hold but she was amazing didn't ask much just pay the rent and let her know if we needed anything.
I highly recommend her

Mary sold my house in 22 days after I had it listed with a previous agent for 6 months. During the negotiation stage, she gave great advice and really advocated for me. I could not ask for a better agent.
