Mary came highly recommended to us and she did not disappoint. She was phenomenal to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local market, helped us prepare our house for sale, and helped us with all the necessary paperwork to get the house ready to sell.

She was extremely strategic in helping us not only select the right list price but pick the right time to list it. Once the house was listed she kept us up-to-date with what was happening. We ended up getting multiple offers above our asking price and she expertly guided us through selecting the best offer.

Mary takes care of her clients! Her expertise, diligence and "attention to details", not only makes the process easier, but it protected me as a seller. The selling and closing process would have been unmanageable for me as on out of state owner, if I did not have her in my corner, navigating and directing the process. Mary Russell listed my in-laws home on 1098 Azalea Circle, Marietta, GA. This house was well over 25 years old. Mary was so professional. She met with Mr. & Mrs. E. O. Wright and made several suggestions about purging some of the clutter and made staging recommendations as well. We made those changes and Mary held an open house and received a contract for the full amount on the first week on the listing. I had never experienced a house being sold so fast at list price.
