I didn’t actually believe I was going to qualify, be able to find one, figure out how to actually buy a house for the first time or any of the stressful business that I was expecting. Hi, I'd like to share the great experience we had while selling our house in California with Mary Sitaras!
When we decided to move out of state and sell our home, we thought things would go smoothly and pretty fast, unfortunately that was not the case with listing right as the interest rates went up. We had a realtor who in my opinion did not guide us properly and the house sat on the market with no showings for almost a month. That is when I decided to find someone who could help us better. I found Mary in a community group and once I terminated my contract with my first agent, we began to move forward. She showed up to our first meeting on time, and we went over our options. My husband had to move to our new state with our kids and I had to go to a military training for over two weeks, but I always felt at ease knowing Mary was back at home taking care of everything, her and her husband even watered my plants! There were very stressful moments, but through it all, she was available and would always respond to me right away or as soon as she could. Our house sold and during the closing process, Mary was there for us and very helpful until the very last day.
