I have found that most real estate companies offer pretty much the same services, pricing, etc. - what makes the difference is the agent. Mary Stiff goes that extra step in every way possible. As a case in point, we didn't have the right size bed frame (or mattress) to be able to show one of our rooms to its best advantage. Mary found a twin bed frame and mattress (and even the blankets/coverlet/shams), turning our office into a multi-use room before the house hit the market. Our house sold the first weekend it was on the market, and Mary effectively and honestly represented us throughout the negotiations. I can't imagine that we could have found a more professional and knowledgeable individual. Definitely 5 stars.

Mary was an immense help with all aspects of our recent home sale. From the challenge of ridding our home of extraneous belongings to coordinating the cleaning and repairs needed to make it presentable she was an invaluable help.
