I have found that most real estate companies offer pretty much the same services, pricing, etc. - what makes the difference is the agent. Mary Stiff goes that extra step in every way possible. As a case in point, we didn't have the right size bed frame (or mattress) to be able to show one of our rooms to its best advantage. Mary found a twin bed frame and mattress (and even the blankets/coverlet/shams), turning our office into a multi-use room before the house hit the market. Our house sold the first weekend it was on the market, and Mary effectively and honestly represented us throughout the negotiations. I can't imagine that we could have found a more professional and knowledgeable individual. Definitely 5 stars.

Mary was an immense help with all aspects of our recent home sale. From the challenge of ridding our home of extraneous belongings to coordinating the cleaning and repairs needed to make it presentable she was an invaluable help. She read the market perfectly and got us a fabulous deal! She was tenacious in closing the deal and showed a keen attention to detail for which we will always be greatful. You can’t go wrong with Mary as your agent!

Made buying a house such a breeze.I was new to home buying and Mary explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend.
