My family rented for many years. It was time for us to find a new place and with the rent increase we were under a lot of pressure. I explained to Mary our financial and needs situation and she promptly assisted. She was so resourceful and eager to help us. Most of all, her understanding of our situation and patience made this process so much easier! We are very happy in our new place! We will definitely use her in the future, if need be.

Thanks to Mary Toucet, our dream came true! I was relocated to work in Erie from Puerto Rico. Our goal was to move to our own house after no more than 5 days in a hotel. Renting wasn't an option. Mary helped us to fulfill our goal! At the closing at Keller William's office, by the way, such a beautiful office, they provided us toys for our children to play while we were signing documents. Thanks to Sonja Thompson, a paralegal & also a realtor, everything was so simple and easy. She displayed a lot of patience and consideration. And thanks to Alie Bard, the loan officer, We made it!

We were tenants for more than 20 years. After the pandemic, Our rent went up. Buying a house for me, it was something that We couldn't dream about of. We didn't know what to do, until Mary Toucet helped us. She put us in contact with Alie Bard from Landmark Mortgage to obtain a pre-approval letter. Once I knew, how much We qualified for, the rest was easy. We found the right house at the right price! The closing day was a happy day, very sweet and easy. Thanks to Sonja Thompson, the closing agent, such a wonderful lady! Keller Williams Realty's office is a very comfortable place to do closings, the lady at the counter, gave us water, coffee, a big smile and a kind service. We received closing gifts! Today, We are very happy in our Home! Now, We know the difference between being a tenant and a homeowner. Thanks to our Realtor Mary Toucet. She told us: Let's work today for your tomorrow's dream! We are Home, that was our dream!

I came from Puerto Rico, with my son, recently accepted in College. We were looking for a rental but to no avail. Thanks to Mary Toucet, even though, I wasn't going to buy a house yet, I explained my situation and she called Bob Macwhirter with Palermo Realty (wonderful Property manager by the way), and she translated and help me to filled the application, she was constantly in communication with me. And finally, 4 months later, just in time as my son had graduated in Puerto Rico, we got the rental Just as we neededto move in permanently. Throuhout the entire process, she showed very genuine interest in helping us out despite gaining nothing from it, she only did it out of the kindness of her heart. On top of this, she helped our overall transition to our new lives even though she didn't need to. She's excellent at her job, and she has a lot of care for her clients. Next year, I'll be ready to buy a home and she will be my Realtor.

Positives: Excellent in relocation, lots of emphatic, and supportive.
