I met Mary Vallely several years ago, and knew then, when I was ready, I would look to Mary to help me find the perfect home. Delayed by the pandemic and a job change, I finally reached out to Mary to start the search! Mary helped guide me through several "possibilities", and then the right place came along and we both new it. Through many hoops and nail biting delays, Mary walked every step of the way with me. I am now in my new home, and couldn't be happier! Thank you Mary and the Baird & Warner Team for your expertise and professionalism. So grateful!

I would like to thank Mary Vallely for her expertise in finding me my new home.
This was the first time that I purchased a home without my husband. Mary was very knowledgeable and very helpful with me finding my forever home. I trusted her with my needs and wants and Mary was always there to answer all my questions.
I was with another realtor at first and had a bad experience. I was very skeptical at first,
but Mary stepped in and got the job done!
My experience with Baird & Warner and with Mary Vallely have changed my perspective on home buying. I would recommend anyone wanting a team that works hard for you to contact Baird & Warner!

Mary Valley represented my interest on the sale of my home, she is steadfastly committed to her client, she does not suggest a high price to get the listing but researches for a fair marketable price, she vigorously represents the best interest for her client, She is savvy and tough with respect to negotiations and does her research into the strengths and weaknesses of the market. Not only did she met my expectations but she completely exceeded them. Mary is hard working, knowledgeable professional and extremely communicative every step of the way.
I give Mary the highest mark and recommend her for all real estate transactions, she has the knowledge and experience any buyer or seller could need. If you want to work with the best realtor give Mary a call she will not disappoint and she makes the best banana bread.

Mary Vallely is the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent I have ever known! From the moment I decided to sell my condo, she helped me get my place ready to sell in a matter of days, I had buyers looking at my place shortly after! In fact, before my house hit the public market I was offered multiple offers which lead to a sale within the first week.
I couldn’t have ever asked for a smoother sale of my home during this period. She gives you updates from start to finish because she cares for her clients!

I am so glad we chose Mary as our realtor. Mary is very experienced with what she does, detailed oriented, patient and calm. In the beginning, she made sure my husband and I understand the importance of buying and selling a home and explained to us the process. When we got into a challenging situation were we felt pressured by unforeseen situations, she was calm and guided us all the way through which made it easy for us to surpass it. We never at all felt that we were just a number or a "sell" to her like some other realtors, she truly cares and kept in touch even after closing! Thanks Mary for getting us our NEW home!

Mary Vallely did such a great job for me! I consulted with her about a year before I went on the market and she told me exactly what was needed to get my house ready to sell. She discouraged me from spending money that I thought I should spend to get my house market ready. I am so glad I listened to her. When it was time to list, she told me what she thought we could get in today's market. I thought we were pricing too high but WRONG AGAIN! We got exactly what we wanted and received an offer on day 2. She expertly guided me through the whole process from listing to closing and told me what to expect every step of the way. It turns out, she was right about everything! She only contacted me when she needed decisions or answers and kept communications short and to the point. I fully endorse Mary Vallely and Baird & Warner. I had no idea selling a house could be so easy!

Mary was recommended to us as the go-to agent in the Round Lake area. Up front, she was very knowledgeable about the market and able to walk us through the nuances of getting our home ready for show. Her recommendation for a handy man was top notch and our listing photos were stunning. In the current booming market, we were pleased to be able to accept an offer over list. Mary was always readily available and helpful through this coordination. Once we accepted an offer, we began to feel a bit of a drift in the finer details. With the stress of move out, having representation that is clear on your needs is a big relief and that is the only spot where our experience fell a bit short.

Mary Vallely was referred to me by a friend & I am so happy I chose to go with her expertise to sell my Vernon Hills Condo! She was absolutely wonderful to work with & very knowledgeable about the market and my area. My one bedroom condo sold in less than 24 hours of officially listing & being on the Market. Everything from the write-up she did, the photographer she used & the attorney she recommended (per my request) were all top-notch & absolutely fantastic to work with, from start to finish!
