We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maryam for what initially was just a simple rental site visit. From the very beginning, her warm demeanor and incredible attention to detail captured both my wife’s and my attention. Maryam is truly one of a kind—unlike any of the over 20 realtors we’ve worked with in the past. Her level of empathy, care, follow-up, knowledge, and genuine support is unmatched.What really stood out was her honesty and thoughtful recommendations. She didn’t just help us with the rental; she opened our eyes to the possibility of buying a home instead. Thanks to her professional guidance, we decided to embark on that journey with her by our side. Even though we were out of state, Maryam went the extra mile by sending us detailed videos of the property, which ultimately convinced us to put in an offer. Her support didn’t stop at helping us secure the home. Maryam went above and beyond what any realtor is typically expected to do. Maryam is a fantastic agent. We closed on the 3rd home we went under contract. She was patient and understood that we had to back out of the wrong deals. She pursued the deal to the sweet end and made sure it did not fall through at the 11th hour. Often times agents limit their efforts to ping pong of offers/counter and showings. Maryam goes above and beyond of those traditional roles.She is highly recommended. A+
