I’ve used Maryann a few times. She was able to sell a house owned by my wife and I after we were unsuccessful in trying to sell it ourselves. She was able to assist me again when I needed a rental for myself. She put in the same effort in helping me find a rental that she did when selling my house. It wasn’t about the commission it was about helping me.

Maryann sold us our house and we were worried about meeting our daughters special needs. Maryann spent a great deal of time showing homes that would be appropriate for our daughter. I'm happy to say that with Maryann's persistence and understanding we are in a home that accommodates our daughter.
