I have bought and sold about 5 homes in the past ten years, and I have dealt with several Real Estate Agents. I would like to give Mary Ann Giacobbe the highest recommendation, because she went above and beyond to sell our house quickly and for a great price. I have never seen any Real Estate Agent take the initiative, responsibility, and work as hard as Mary Ann. Let me be clear, Mary Ann is the BEST Real Estate Agent I have worked with. Mary Ann knew our sale was going to be complicated after we had no offers after several open houses. She spoke with me to adjust the price of the home due to the complexity of the sale, and in the end we sold the home for over asking price. Also, we ran into problems dealing with the condition of the house, and Mary Ann has relationships with very professional contractors who show up the same day to fix whatever is necessary. I am not only completely happy with Mary Ann, but also totally impressed with her ability to read the market, get the best offer for the seller, and her persistence to close the deal.
