I am a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island. But most of my 35+ career in real estate was in Connecticut. I hold Real Estate Broker licenses in Florida, New York and Connecticut and sold real estate (and lived) in Manhattan for a brief time.
When I first came to Venice, it was instant love. The downtown reminds me so much of the quaint New England towns and it just felt like home. That was 13 years ago and I still love it - working and living in Venice - otherwise known as “Paradise”-
