Former personnel administrator, business analyst, communications specialist, actress & community college instructor in business.

Nearly 30 years' experience in the marketing & selling of fine homes. Licensed in two states: Oregon & California. In 1992 she moved her family to Portland and is in love with her adopted city. The experience of selling real estate in the volatile marketplace of Southern California prepared her well for her career here. Since 1992 she enjoyed her association with Windermere Real Estate as a multi-million-dollar producer.

Listings are sold utilizing marketing techniques that are tailored to the individual property. Negotiations depend on superior communication & people skills. Real estate sales are more about marketing, packaging and people skills than selling.

She feels her role as a broker is to educate her clients to the current market conditions, inventory and to communicate clearly and often with them.
