About Maryanna

Originally from Norwalk, Connecticut. After a long successful retail career working in upper management, she began her real estate career in 1995 serving Charlotte & Sarasota Counties.

In 2002 she returned to Connecticut and became a CT realtor. Soon after she acquired her Appraisers license to evaluate properties for banks and lenders.

2004 she returned to Charlotte County. Worked as a realtor while taking courses to get her C.A.M. (community association manager) license. At that time, the market was calling for diversification. That is when she expanded into sales as well as property management.

The past 14 years have been devoted to full-service real estate.

Her real estate business has been built by her reputation. She believes in achieving the best goals for sellers and buyers with the utmost ethics and professionalism. She believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated. Her interests are enjoying all the best that Florida has to offer including live music and motorcycle riding.
