MaryAnne Branner

MaryAnne Branner has 20 years of real estate experience and has lived in Central Florida since she was five years old. She attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing.

Approaching each individual listing or sale with integrity and patience, MaryAnne loves to assist both buyers and sellers. She feels as though she is creating long-lasting friendships with her customers and prides herself on being 100% there for them and getting them the results, they deserve. With her marketing background, MaryAnne brings a unique approach to the real estate process. She can assess the market in terms of consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits.

She is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with friends and family on the lake, traveling and fitness training. She places emphasis on two particular charities, Arthritis Foundation and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, that are near and dear to her heart. She and her husband, Patrick, have beautiful twin daughters.
