Marybeth Flynn

She grew up in St. Petersburg, worked in France, and moved to Sarasota over 25 years ago. Marybeth enjoys living in downtown Sarasota, which allows her to help buyers and sellers through her intimate knowledge of the area, as well as being in tune with the changing pace of Sarasota real estate. Marybeth feels privileged to work with local as well as out-of-state clients, most of whom have come from past client referrals. She strives to help others and maintain a strong connection to her local community.

Marybeth grew up sailing and boating around Florida’s barrier islands and enjoys racing sailboats as a member of the Sarasota Sailing Squadron’s Luffing Lassies. She volunteers for local causes that support the preservation of the Gulf Coast ecosystems and participates in local networking and cultural explorations, including l’Alliance Française de Sarasota.
