A bit about MaryBeth....she has over 17 years of sales and marketing experience during which she was consistently recognized for various local and national awards. Most recently, since becoming a Watson Realtor, MaryBeth has earned Watson Realty Corp’s President’s Award (2016, 2017, & 2019) and most recently, achieved the Watson Silver Pinnacle Award in 2020. She has an MBA from LaSalle University, and has previously held the position of FNMA underwriter, in addition to having her own contract underwriting company, she understands the mortgage market, and with her knowledge and experience, she can help guide you through the mortgage process.
MaryBeth is a founding member of the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra, currently serving this year as President Elect for our club.
