It was two weeks before Christmas when we flew across the country with only three days to find our new home. Marylou devoted those 36 hours to showing us every reasonable option, helping us stay in our budget, putting in two solid offers, and orienting us to the area. Her ability to act quickly and push just the right amount landed us a fabulous home! Fast forward to January, less than 24 hours before our scheduled closing. Our lender threw us a mind boggling curveball, and Marylou teamed up with our broker to fight or our sale to go through on schedule. They won. And we are so, so, so grateful. In addition to being an incredible professional, Marylou is one of the most delightful people you will ever meet, and you will not regret a moment of your time working with her.

Mary was a dream! We started searching for our home in the height of the pandemic and it was a disaster of a market. Mary took every chance she could on the drop of a dime to show us anything that became available. She’s so knowledgeable and literally the kindest person I’ve ever met! If you’re intimidated by buying a house, go to her. She will walk you through and put you in your dream home. I can’t say enough good things about her.
